What's this then?

My guess (pity the caption isn’t clearer) is an oil system blockage resulting in a very high Engine 1 oil pressure and a torque indication split, while the triple tacho and other engine indications are normal. My logic is assuming that the torque indication is derived from an oil bleed system like the S76A+ uses. Pure guesswork though!

Blocked torquemeter gear orifice.

RVDT 23rd July 2018 15:09

Caution caption says "FUEL PUMP 2"

FUEL PRESSURE 1 is either max scale, or broken and FUEL PRESSURE 2 looks normal.

Torquemeter gear orifice blockage will give you equivalent to engine oil pressure i.e. off the clock in flight.

Both engines seem to be running pretty much OK - No N2 splits and N1's and TOT aren that far apart.

Might be fun if things did turn to custard and you were doing some diagnostics with unnecessary captions and failures.

Maybe they have a good MEL?

Bet he wouldn't be so keen to go into space with those captions on!

Surely that caption says Fuel Pump 1 not 2 since that would match the odd indication on the gauge. It's very pixellated and nigh on impossible to read.

Definitely says Fuel Pump 2.

A quick look in an old manual shows Fuel Pumps 2 and 4 on the starboard side (with the lit one being number 2), and Fuel Pumps 1 and 3 on the port side.

Pump caption is on opposite site to the off the clock Fuel Pressure.
