Alpha 800 SAR helmet

New to flight SAR and wondering if anyone has actual use experience with the Alpha 800 helmet, specifically the communication system and comfort. There are a lot of switches and what looks like an embedded front-facing microphone? I haven't been able to find much info looking around online.
