Young (58yo) horn dog helicopter pilot (Africa based) looking for one more fling at things.6000+ hours, all sorts of types, many different operations but wants to fly a 500D/E again.East and Central Africa would be good.Minimal needs.No wife (finally). No dependents.Canadian, South Africa and US Commercial Licences.Has not flown in two years so some workup would be necessary. [email protected]

Looking for a Helicopter Pilot Position: Africa or Asia

With just over 2000 hours (winch/sling rating; IF rating) on B407's + B206(L) + AS350 + EC130 + EC120 + R44's etc, I'm desperately looking for a position.

*Previously worked throughout Africa and Indonesia (from VVIP to HEMS; exploration mine support etc).

I've sent my resume to well over 300 entities this past week with little to no positive responses. :ugh:

Guys, I'm not looking for an easy road per say - just some ideas of whom I could contact and where.

Any guidance or rant will be greatly appreciated! :ok:

Day/night VFR on/offshore, exploration, seismic, longline, bush fire, medievac, VIP/Corporate, media, stills and motion filming.
