EASA SET IFR Ruling

I hope someone can point me towards the initial report finding which was supposed to have been released in September, regarding changes to the EASA wide ruling on Single Engine Turbine IFR Op's?

I have searched and cannot seem to uncover it.

I think what you are looking for is on the EASA website here.

Since you're asking in Rotorheads, though, it may be a disappointment:

The specific objective is to allow single-engined turbine aeroplanes, meeting specified power plant reliability, equipment, operating, and maintenance requirements, to conduct CAT SET-IMC operations.

Thanks for the link hoodie - I wanted to read it to see if EASA were going to report with respect to SET Aircraft or SET Aeroplanes - I guess this answers my question - although it is a step in the right direction for us in the rotary world.
