Eastcoast and Wellington/Manawatu helicopter pilots -
Go along to Blue Water Hotel, Ahuriri, Napier on 9th September at 1300hrs and during the Accident Casual Factors Workshop being run by NZHIA (a division of NZ AIA) you could voice your opposition to the NZAIA supporting Air New Zealand hiring cheap foreigners to fill pilot positions at the expense of our up and coming and locally trained Air Transport pilots.
Irene King endorsed this initiative a few weeks ago on main stream media. I wonder how long it will be before the NZAIA and NZHIA endorse the same recommendation for mechanics/engineers and helicopter pilots.

Look around and ask yourself why every taxi driver in AKL from the "sub-continent" is apparently a "doctor".

Will that's what they told INZ who are as dumb as mince!
