ESSO Bass Strait mishap?

The French investigation board (BEA) there was S76 during takeoff from the Snapper Platform. The aircraft registration was VH-EXU and it was caused by an engine failure according to BEA.

It's been kept very quiet!

Something working right in their methods

They've had a few engine failures there now over a lot of hours. The fact that they haven't hit helidecks in the two incidents on take off from platforms may well validate the take off profile they advocate.

Can someone refresh the profile for us?

Btw nice work pat! Oh and abba too!
