I have been using ECD (Eurocopter Germany) in Donerworth, 2 hours south of Munich for last 3 years for refresher VFR and SPIFR

Highly recommended, level B sim, but quite busy, need to book the slots well in advance

Have you spoken to either Bond Air Services or Starspeed yet? Either will provide you with a very high standard of training.
