Caution: Helicopter anorak question.
Does anyone recall the model of Bendix weather radar fitted to the BO-105 in IHL service and where the cockpit display was located, roughly, on the instrument panel? Thanks. 500 Fan. |
Hi it has been a while since I was last near it. The display was mounted on the right side of the pedestal just below the inst panel. The tx/rx antenna were all one unit. This was mounted on a four strut frame in front of the battery compartment door. A bulkhead was mounted on this frame to which the radome was attached. I am sorry I cant remember model no.
