Spain and JAR OPS 3
 

Dear all,
anybody can confirm me that Spain apply the JAR OPS 3 amdt 5? in particular i'm interesting in the performance, it's mandatory the class 1 performance (and the class 2 when applicable) or there are other spain regulations?
