I have a better idea how to increase the revenue of a company.
The football world cup is about to start in south africa. I bet you could call up your self fly hirer's and students and even students that have just done one lesson. And ask them to fly an aircraft down there, and just pay for a couple of legs. I bet it would be good experience for them to have a bit of stick time...........
