MTPC prerequisite

Hey, Guys

What is the MTPC (maintenance test pilot course) prerequisite according to the JAR regulation.

JARs do not have such a category and hence no requirements. EASA, on the other hand, will try to formalise this process and details can be found within NPA 2008-17 and also NPA 20078-20 in their website. In the UK, The Empire Test Pilot School runs a Civil Airworthiness Flight Test course which will qualify for the Level 4 FilghtTest requirements if and when the EASA proposals are implemented.
