Rotor Deicing Systems

Hi,

working on a project about rotor deicing systems, I am interested about feedback related to their use and their maintenance issues.
Particular interest in S-92, but also in Super Puman, EC225, KA32...
Do you have any feedback about:

Frequency of use?
Is there any reliablity issue?
Cost and frequency of maintenance?
