Static Wick In The Eye!?

I was wondering if someone could help me out with photos or a link. A while back, I saw a picture of some unfortunate guy who had walked into the trailing edge of his plane and had suffered a really nasty injury to his eye/head. One of the rigid static wicks had been jammed into his eye socket! I am planning on including the photos in our safety program at work. Any info would be great.
Cheers FA

Ouch!

Sorry I have not seen it, I imagine that image will be pretty effective though!

Beastly things them static wicks! Hiding in the open and then ambushing you as you walk by! Perhaps making them honest agents by conducting "arm's length" transactions would keep them on the honest side.:uhoh:

Hi floatsarmed,
I think you may find that this is on a Bristow Flight Safety poster.

Kind regards
