Number of Passneger Seats?!?!?

Should really know this (:bored:) and I apologise if this has already been mentioned!! But what's the maximum number of passenger seats you can have in a helicopter and be able to fly it with a CPL, obviously also being typed on it!

I thought it's based on weight as in anything up 5700kgs.

That might be where i'm going wrong! So with a CPL you can fly anything upto 5700kgs with as many seats as you can legally get in it?!?!

More than nine pax, public transport, requires two-crew, one of whom will then need to be an ATPL.
