FAA Conversion

i know this may have been posted previously, but i cant seem to find it..

can anyone tell me what the process is to doing a conversion from an Ozzie CPLH to an FAA Commercial?? and approx costs time etc. PLEASE:)

Only the hours count, you will have to do the Theory and the Check Ride.
