Yep, outstanding chap sounds about right. As was commented on the YouTube site, we definitely need more characters like this. I certainly feel in my organisation that the homogenised grey-man is starting to prevail a little too much and that 'character, flair and panache' are not seen as qualities these days.:rolleyes: (rant over).
