Some damn agent pops up with a means to skim the icing from salaries.

Check this vague ad.

My view is that this is not helpful to our industry and should be boycotted

BOTCO, Inc. is conducting an interest search for possible contract rotor wing pilot positions for International Operations. Preference will be given to pilots who have a minimum of 4,000 hrs rotor wing experience with 1,500 hours Pilot-in-Command time (of which 200 hrs must be in New Generation medium twin aircraft), FAA Commercial Helicopter certificate with a Helicopter ATP, current FAA First Class medical or JAA equivalents. Reduced requirements for Co-pilot positions. Contract positions are for a 2 year duration with a 28 day rotation. Compensation will be competitive with the area of operation, and pilots will be eligible for a contract completion bonus..
