there is a hotel on the outskirts of eastbourne a short taxi into town next to the travelodge /little chef [sort of place ]ts in pooleys ]

Also near there is a small light airfield called Deanland which is used by the Sussex Police helo.

Has Hanger, storage and a workshop.
