What replaced CAP 421?
 

Hi All

Quick question. Back when I did my FI course, I was given CAP 421 but now I cannot find it on the CAA site. I'm guessing it must have been replaced by a Standards Document, or similar but I couldn't find it.

Anybody know where you can get a CAP 421 or its replacement, ideally for download.

As far as I'm aware, CAP 421 wasn't actually replaced by an equivalent 'JAA' document. The CAA just stopped publishing it.

It was certainly no longer available when I did my FI course, post-JAA.


If you manage to find an old copy, hang on to it.

Hi B73, I do have a well thumbed, dog-eared and much treasured copy! Shame the CAA stopped producing it with no replacement, how unusual of them to do something like that.
