Does anyone have any information on the status of this ammendment with EASA? It all seems to have gone quiet.

Thanks for the update and the link. Any suggestions on how to get Part 2. I've tried IHS and it's out of stock.

not trying to steal this topic, another question

now, that there is another ammendment "on the streets", should the companys review they operating manuals to be "inside" the new ammendment, or how it works?? should wait for the transition of the ammendment to national law??

i ask, because have been show to me a print (or here ) of the "JAA T" website showing the ammendment, that each country is using at the moment "for Mutual Recognition" of FCL part

so, bottom line, they can do many new ammendment, but if you see the list, lots of countrys still work with ammendment 2 and 3...

any toughts??
