As far as I am aware, Breeze went out of business before they really got going.

The site is now operated by:

I've landed there about a year ago. It's not the Vangaurd site. The helipad is on the north bank of the river at the Ford Dagenham works. By the windmills.

It's good for getting to Docklands and City Airport (10 minutes by car).
