Was wondering if anyone can tell me a bit about AV8 at Rochester, t/c's, type of operations and any general feedback into what they are like :confused:

If you had access to a BHAB handbook you might have seen that they are www.av8helicopters.co.uk
The company has FTO and TRTO (R22, R44, B206, EC120 and B205 Huey).
PPL and Type rating training also at Southend, by arrangement.
In-house Flight/Ground Examiner and 2 x F170A-approved Commercial Instructors.

It's always wise to be very cautious if you receive off-forum PMs from strangers.

Some are genuine and some have their own agendas dressed up as 'help'.

I think you will find that the person who suggested you PM them had their post removed by the Moderator. This will not have been done witthout good reason. Perhaps you should therefore treat the PM reply from that person with appropriate caution.

Viking having done some Bell 206 training with AV8 at Rochester I can give you positive feedback that they are IMHO a well financed and very professional organisation. If you want any more specific information feel free to PM me.
