BP vs PHI
 

I've heard a rumor that says that BP has sued PHI because not too long ago PHI asked BP for a rate increment, in order to improve pilot's benefit package and then pocketed the money, without honoring the promise. Any truth?

I know that some other customers have complained, but I have no actual knowledge of lawsuits. One of our pilots was asked by a member of a customer's upper management how he liked his pay raise, and the bonus the customer had paid PHI to be paid to their pilots. The pilot said, in essence "Say what? What raise? What bonus?" The customer was not happy, and was seen walking away punching buttons on his cell phone. PHI has not been honest with anyone in this deal, be it customers, pilots, or other employees.
