Lease Back Options

Hi All

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Lease Back's?

I'm considering it for an R22 and wondered what the reality of the situation is really like.

Looking for any comments, warnings, advantages etc

Has anyone got any experience with Helicopter leasebacks? Seems to have been quite a few doing it with fixed wing...
