PILOTS REQUIRED?

Sorry to hear about the Police Aviation Services redundancies but I have heard that McAlpines might be looking for some more police qualified pilots. I don't know the precise qualifications but they will be in line with the normal requirements (UK CAA ATPL(H), hundreds of twin hours etc), as will the money!

The person to speak to is probably Jim Laird who is the chiefest pilot. The only known number is 0181 (sorry its changed) 020 8848 9647. Fax for those who are really keen is 020 8569 3230.

I hope it is some use - Skyhopper is also reducing the pilot numbers but I hope this is not an indication of the future.

Does anyone have an email address for Jim Laird or a website for McApline? Thanks.

Good luck
