Chances??

Goodday to you all,

Is there someone out there who can tell me what the chances are for North-Sea flying?
I'm training in Holland and at the moment I
own a CPL-H and recently started with the
instrument rating.

I've been told chances are very good once
you've obtained an instrument rating.
But,before spending even more money, is this
really true??

So please enlighten me...
