I don't know about Austria where the pics were taken, but I can easily believe it happening here in the UK.
'Jobsworths' are probably an international phenomenon. :mad:

According to an acquaintance who works at that place...it was a posed deal....they have a very close relationship with the police who assist them in setting up LZ's when needed.
