Helicopter pilot faces alcohol related charges

The pilot of a helicopter that crashed into the Ohio River in November now faces alcohol related charges. The Federal Aviation Administration has already revoked Randy Powell's pilot's license.

Now he also faces charges of flying while intoxicated. Powell told investigators he was flying from the Belterra Casino when his helicopter lost power and fell into the river.

The pilot Autorotate referenced above is a bit of a maverick anyway. It seems he likes to land in the parking lots of restaurants... right next to the folks dining outside (without permission and obviously no Heliport). He's been in the news for other "stunts" before... guys like this give all of us a bad reputation.

See why is it that good people generally die in accidents and you get tools like that who survive......I guess same scenario with drink drivers, they usually survive and their victim dies.......Burn the :mad: I say
