Flight Planning Program for Palm Pc

To all Computer "boffens,"

I recently bought myself the HP 5550 Palm Pc. Now I am looking for a suitable flight planning program to facilitate AS332 and S76 flight planning.

Anyone out there using something similar?

Any help would be appreciated!

Cheers,

CJ

HP doesn't make a Palm OS handheld. What you have is a Pocket PC. Copilot is a great flight planning program for Palm OS, and I use it all the time for S76 and B412 flight planning and CG computations. There are far fewer applications available for PocketPC, and I'm not aware of any flight planning programs for that OS.

I use PocketFMS (www.pocketfms.com) on my HP5450. Very good and with a GPS attached you get a moving map. It's donationware so you can pay if you like it.

The program does planning, weight and balance, and the moving map with various zoom levels. you need to download the maps and elevation data for your region from the net to get the best out of it.

I have no connection with this product..Honest
