S92 engine failure during offshore take off

Just seen this popping up on social media

Appears to be an Omni machine (VIH leased) in Brazil. Anyone know if it’s recent and anything about the event?

A few discussion points beside the apparent power loss…..

May 2022, I heard it was a compressor blade failure.
