IR-OPS definitions / where to find

I'm looking for some help in finding the exact IR-OPS requirements for Helicopter Flight Data Monitoring (HFDM), Usage Monitoring Systems (UMS), and Helicopter Operation Monitoring Programs (HOMP). I see this system is "compliant" with them, but I'd like to understand what are the requirements/regulations that it's meeting: https://www.safran-group.com/product...nsmitting-unit

This would be for general helicopter passenger transportation in Europe (France more specifically).

Thanks for the help!

From Skybrary:

Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 of 5 October 2012 and its subsequent amendments lay down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to air operations pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("Basic Regulation").This Regulation is officially referred to as IR-OPS (Implementing Rules – Operations), but it is also known as EASA OPS or EASA AIR OPS.
The Easy Access rules for EASA Air Ops can be found here: Easy Access Rules for Air Operations (EASA)

As far as I can tell, there is only a requirement for Helicopter Operators to have a FDM programme if engaged in HOFO (Helicopter Offshore Operations), so I'm assuming those specifications is what the "Compliant with IR-OPS for Helicopter Flight Data Monitoring (HFDM), Usage Monitoring System (UMS) and Helicopter Operation Monitoring Program (HOMP)" sales pitch is trying to say.

HOMP is HFDM, or am I missing something?
