As I understand it Babcock have retained aerial emergency services in UK, France, Canada and Australia, and sold the rest which are in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden and Finland.

So I think that's a yes.

I don't think they were particularly succesful in Canada, as one contract was refused I believe. Due to lack of local ownership. Canadian law requires 51%.

You are correct, Babcock did not sell it all. I guess they kept the most profitable.

Good hope the miserable staff go too. Used to be a friendly place to visit in the days of Helicsa and their predecessor.
