Helicopter flight as raffle prize; canI do it legally?

I've been asked if I can give a helicopter flight as a raffle prize. The proceeds of the raffle are going to charity, and I'm happy to do it. I'm just not sure if I can legally. Would it come under the CAA rules for charity flights? And if so, what exactly are they? I have a CPL, but not an AOC; I'd just be hiring an R22 from where I usually fly. And my Class 1 medical has lapsed to a Class 2. And is there a P1 hours requirement; I had a feeling there was. And would I need to notify the CAA, or what?

Sorry for so many questions, but I'm hoping someone else knows about this.

All, is I believe, revealed in AIC white 20 which is at http://www.ais.org.uk/Uk_aip/AIP/pdf/aic/4W020.PDF

Remarkably comprehensive, it even tells you how big a safety area you need for an R22.

Whirly,

It's all in AIC 50/2000 (White 20). It covers all the stuff you mention and more.
