Russian Helicopters Mi-38 at DAS 2019
Just got in from Dubai and one of the highlights last week from the show was the first international debut of the MI38. This particular airframe is the first production model, and it had a nice luxury interior. A 21st century Mi8/17 replcament. Anyhow here are my photos from last week.

An S-92ski, eh? Looks nice, unlike the usual Russian machine built for function and the cockpit painted in Gang Green.
Would the scissor-type tail rotor make a different sort of sound compared to the usual X-type? |

My thoughts too, but with 6 blades I'm sure it's a lot smoother!
