Document reference IFR training helicopter

Good evening

Can someone point me in the right direction where I could find an EASA document which deals with equipment that is needed on a helicopter for IFR training, being it SE or ME?

Only thing I can find is a list of eqipment, mentioned in Part-NCO NCO.IDE.H.125 but it's NCO not for an ATO.

Thanks guys

Why do you think an ATO doesn't follow Part-NCO (or NCC depending on the aircraft)? The reference you've provided seems spot on to me. NCO covers training flights from my understanding.

I would have thought that it’s a certification requirement. E.g. CS27 etc.

Have a look through CS-27 Book 1 Appendix B.

Cheers

1. Latest Easy Access Rules for EU Air-OPS are on the EASA website: Document Library ¬ Publications ¬ Technical Publications.
2. Article 5, para 5 of the Cover Regulation states:
"Training organisations referred to in Article 10a of Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 and having their principal place of business in a Member State shall, when conducting flight training into, within or out of the Union, operate:
(a) complex motor-powered aeroplanes and helicopters in accordance with the provisions specified in Annex VI;
(b) other aeroplanes and helicopters in accordance with the provisions specified in Annex VII."

3. Assuming the aircraft's been certified for IFR, the EU ops requirements are in the .IDE (Instruments, Data & Equipment) sub-part of either NCC (Annex VI) or NCO (Annex VII), depending whether the aircraft is 'complex' or not.
