Interesting video!

Definite signs of a slowing tail rotor just before the rotation begins. Can't help thinking that the RN method of approaching to establish a hover alongside the ship is much safer than this straight in method. Gives you a chance of a go around, and at worse a (maybe) softer crash landing in the oggin.

Flight Deck Accident
 

Looks to me to be an H3 derivative operating to a helideck with US style markings and NATOPS approach technique: possibly operated by a non-US Navy, maybe S. American ? Are those RAST tracks ?. I'll ferret around to try and ID the ship type.
Hope the crew got out OK.
