Helicopters for hire Ekaterinburg

Would anyone know if there are any companies hiring out helicopters for commercial use in Ekaterinburg in Russia please? I have a contact there who tells me there isn't anyone doing it now whereas a few years back there were a couple operating out of the smaller airfield (now closed) south of Koltsovo?
