Where to next?

Hello,
Im a UK citizen currently working in the USA. Im on an F1 visa which is due to expire in about one year. When it expires i will have around 2000 hours PIC, all in Robinsons R22/R44. I have spent time as a CFI/CFII and a tour pilot.

Im now starting to think about where in the world i could go to next and where will give me the best opportunities to fly. Im still very new to the industry and haven't really thought of an area i want to 'specialise' in, im just really enjoying flying.

I only have FAA certificates. I have the right to work in New Zealand and Canada. Im interested to hear peoples ideas on where i could go next.

Thanks and Happy New Year!!

Get yourself up to Canada if you have the right to work there. FAA -> TC is a paperwork exercise. It’s not easy to land a job but if you’re willing to travel and start in the back of beyond you should find something.

To state the obvious, as a Brit without an EASA license you’d have to start at square one to work in Europe. All the best.

Get your Bush flying gear....jeans, down vest, wool shirt, and insulated waterproof boots....pack only what you can carry in one hand....and head north to Canada.....and be willing to work, load freight, fuel your own aircraft, and be ready to travel on a very short notice.

Its hiring season in the Canyon. Go get a job flying tours in a turbine, renew your visa, and stay in the States.
