A photo of road transport of a AW139 Coastguard helicopter delivered from UK to Den Helder Netherlands. Would be for CHC?
Anybody knows more:

Registration/ serial?
Purpose?
Why not flown in?

Possibly/probably one of the ex UK Coastguard contract aircraft.

Yes it is , stopping in Dan Helder for some maintenance and probably re spray and will be in Australia first part of 2018 .

Does that mean that it is to be repaired to get into flying condition or is this already prepared for further transport? (Partial preservation I guess?)

No repair required. Some maintenance and modifications.

It will be "shipped" to Australia, not flown.
