GRS CSA Heli Service?

Cooperativa Soccorso Alto Adige - GRS Helicopter Service
Surprised to find out this heli operator is a non profit, usually not profit helo operators are air ambulance charities, but it's unusual to see non profit tour and utility operators.
how do they get banks loans if they don't make a profit. Anybody work at this company?
