Is this like getting married on a ship where the captain has the authority to perform the ceremony, so the pilot does the honors while flying? Or will there be a minister/court official/Elvis impersonator along for the ride?

Elvis festival isn't for another week. I rather think they're more concerned with the numeral 7 than with The King. Misguided, you ask me.
