What a waste of time and money. They should concentrate on "now" and "here" and build some decent helicopter for the presence.

what was your honest opinion of it and the concept??

311kph 11th Mar 2017 21:33

Ah, yes, the only thing Bell is really good at over the last few decades - making concepts!
And of course, when/if it ever comes out, it'll be nothing like this.
It'll be underpowered, unpractical, uncategorized, and ugly.

rjsquirrel 11th Mar 2017 23:36

Word is the concept was put on the floor to draw conversation, especially to draw it away from the 525. And it seemed to have worked. No engineers said the concepts were being seriously considered.

was there nothing more present time related? something that will actually fly in the next decade? 407 replacement perhaps...
no lets make some twin engine futuristic star-wars looking mock-up :D
exactly what the market was calling for and not even try to compete with Airbus anymore in the singles.:ugh::ugh::ugh:

and yes it's but fugly
