Bendix King KMD 150 UK/Europe updates.

Having trouble getting the nav. database updated.The company who took over the updating from BK in the UK have become unresponsive.The KMD150 seems to have been virtually standard fit to many R44s in the UK has anyone else encountered this problem and found a resolution?Thank you Stampe
