G-OAMI

Has anyone heard or seen anything about the jetranger G-OAMI recently, hearing rumours it had a precautionary landing in a field near EGTB...?

'precautionary landing'!!

Is that what they call it?

Hmmm. Engine failure, blade cuts off tail boom during the landing. I guess that would be precautionary.

Engine failure in a single? Excellent idea to make a precautionary landing. You don't want to mess about up there, trying to decide what to do. :D

If the blades shattered the tail across the registration, they have to be carefull not to return to service with a shattered IMAGO.

Cheers SLB
