PZL Helicopter crash in Spain. New news or re-cycled?
Does anyone know if this is a new incident as reported or old news being recycled?
Mysterious helicopter found in Spain A mysterious finding was made last Saturday near the town of Nijar, Almeira. A cargo helicopter, probable a PZL Sokol, was found with nothing but an empty fuselage: no cargo or bodies. The helicopter suffered extensive damage with all main rotor blades torn off and part of the tail detached. But what is even mysterious is that the area where the helicopter crashed seems untouched by the ill-fated helicopter. Seems the helicopter managed to land or so seems and crashed after. So far, no one claimed the useless wreckage lying in the middle of nowhere. An investigation is underway and nothing is being excluded for now. |

Sounds like another completed drug run from Africa….
They use old, unregistered or scrapped helicopters for the flights…then usually dump them somewhere (sometimes into the ocean or a lake), or leave them out there…... |
It is sad news and Spain Govt should investigate it.
