BP Etc

Good morning to BP followers.

Some good advice here. Celery & Beetroot duly stored and first dose administered.

BUT, regarding DEPTRAI's specific user technique. (last paragraph) ie, slow breathing, slow exhalation, eyes closed ... thinking of Swan Lake ... 'Boots' figure this morning 137/81 HB72. Taken two minutes later as CAA recommended. Another 137/81 albeit HB up to 74.

I made a third reading using normal in/out breathing, eyes wide open studying Katie Price's ample figure !!! - I get 145/99 HB 74. Does that mean/prove I'm a bosom fan?

Seriously .. another thanks for the helpful words here. All much appreciated.

Dennis K.

PS. Tuned in to Jerry Grayson's BBC Radio 4 interview. A good listen and most informative and enjoyable Jerry. Can be heard on 'catch up'

Those BP figures...

Suggest to me that you are not hypertensive in any meaningful sense. Glad to hear that the philoprogenitive impulse still stirs.:)

The philoprogen... what? English translation please.

137/81? You haven't got blood pressure problems. Don't worry about it.

Philoprogenitive.

Purfickly good English word. From the Greek 'philos' love of, and 'progenitive' producing children. A poncey way of saying there's snow on the roof but there's a fire down below!:ok:
