Eric Wearmouth RIP, 21.09.36 - 18.09.13

Hello Everyone
I've put this here as my Father use to work on Helicopter's and thought some of you may of met him in the past when he was in the Army.
He started off in the REME on Radio's and Radar working on vehicles but ended up on Avionic's and soon transfered over to the AAC ending his Army career as a REME Artificer Sergeant Major (WO1). While there he worked on Skeeter, Scout, Sioux, Gazelle and Lynx as well as on Chipmunk, Auster and Beaver.
He died in Hospital in Durham on 18th September this year after being ill for a while with Heart and Kidney problems and is sadly missed.
I've copied part of his service record and added a photo of him.

I forgot to add the Alouette II as well, I remember him telling me when the AAC first got them they had to fit two with radio's very quickly as King Hussein Of Jordan would be flying one the next day, so they fitted the radio's and then wrote it up as to what they did.
