My thoughts are with my former colleagues and crew of the Strathclyde / Police Scotland Air Support Unit,
their families and friends, and of those at the Pub who have been affected by this tragic incident. A sad day indeed. Coconutty. |
I live no more than 5 mile from it , its always hard to read about these things but when on your own door step makes it that bit harder.
I hope no more join them as there still digging out people as we speak |

Very sobering news, my thoughts are with colleagues north of the border.

Sadly by the look of the wreckage and some media reports the crew never made it. Condolences to all concerned and another sad chapter in police aviation in my beloved country.

My thoughts and prayers are with them all. +

Condolences to all touched by this sad accident...

May the Rest in Peace.

As a serving officer, a big advocate of air support and one to count a number of observers and XO's amongst my friends, this has stunned me. It has crossed two close families - those of aviation, and the police service. For something like this to have happened three times in the same city just beggars belief.
Thoughts and prayers are with all involved, and furthermore, those who will step up into the 135's and other types across the world tonight, ready to do their duty on our behalf. |
Deepest sympathies to all touched by this tragedy, a very sad weekend.
