EC135 in Winching operations - Marine Pilot Transfer

Hi
I need to speak to a good operator currently using EC135 for winch operations - specifically involved in Marine Pilot Transfer.

There is a potential opportunity for a wet lease arrangement in China starting May 2014. Anyone with leads / ideas i would appreciate some feedback.

If you are wet leasing G reg helicopter you will have to have Grp 'A' performance for an entire winching operation involving passenger transfers.
