You must have better eyes than me! Zebra any reason you want it identified? Obviously a Google Earth picture, location might help with identification.

Can Anyone Identify This Helicopter?

Yes, with a slightly low tire pressure on the left side.

md 600 driver 9th Oct 2013 19:37

Yes but does anyone know who was the pilot and how much fuel was in it

HLCPTR 9th Oct 2013 19:43

The red MR blade is out of balance and the windshields need cleaning.

elro 9th Oct 2013 21:02

The main rotor RPM selector switch on the collective is in the 102% position

HowlingMad Murdock 9th Oct 2013 22:19

I could clean the windshield - have just bought new cloths! :)

zebra159753 9th Oct 2013 22:23

A109 sounds good. Thank you.

John Eacott 9th Oct 2013 23:03

Looking at the horizontal stabs, I'm more inclined to think it's a 109E than an S.

And the tanker had to return because the client changed her mind and wanted to overnight in Nice.

Saint Jack 10th Oct 2013 02:37

Sorry, I don't know the helicopter type, but I'm sure that's Ronald the refueller standing opposite the tail rotor. He always took the opportunity to have a cigarette while the pilot/mechanic struggled with the fuel nozzle.

If only Google Earth was 'real-time'. It would make "Stalking" so much less stressful.

stacey_s 10th Oct 2013 17:58

Main question is why do you want to???

nomorehelosforme 10th Oct 2013 18:29

Stacey s

I asked the same with no response?

Rotordent 10th Oct 2013 22:11

are you serious?

Do you want to be considered as a professional with these " " responses?

Stand-up comedians are on another channel, in my opinion.

Happy landings

HLCPTR 10th Oct 2013 22:41

Oh lighten up, Rodent.

There was nothing of "professional" concern about the question!

;)

Arnie Madsen 10th Oct 2013 23:08

The pilot stole his girlfriend and he is trying to find them
That helicopter has 8 MR Blades , 4 white and 4 black .
It will be thousands of miles away by now !!!!!!!!!!!!!
